  • Payment Data: Billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website and application, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, features used, and error logs.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns.

AI-Assisted Report Generation

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate mold inspection reports from your structured inspection data. When you click "Generate Report":

  • Your inspection data (findings, readings, lab results) is sent to the AI engine to produce the report text.
  • The AI processes your data for the sole purpose of generating your report. Your data is not used to train AI models.
  • Generated reports are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before delivery to clients.

Data Storage & Security

  • Cloud Storage: Account data and inspection data are stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure servers. Photos and PDFs are stored in encrypted object storage (MinIO/S3-compatible).
  • Local Storage: The desktop app stores inspection data locally in SQLite on your device for offline use. This data syncs to the cloud when connected.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Access: Only you can access your inspection data and reports. Our support team may access account data (not inspection data) to resolve support requests.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic — AI report generation (inspection data only, not used for training)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google Analytics — anonymized website usage analytics
  • Law enforcement — when required by law

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Access all personal and inspection data we store about you
  • Export your data at any time
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
